Tenant Setup

Define the first customer tenant record, assign the support handoff, and lock the CoreV1 baseline. This page is the provider-side starting point for onboarding client companies.

CoreV1 stays on for every tenant. This page now prefers the tenant-scoped configuration store and falls back to the legacy onboarding profile when no tenant context is available.

Phase 1 checklist
  • Tenant profile saved and reviewed by the provider team.
  • Client admin and support contact recorded.
  • Primary domain and tenant code aligned to the customer.
  • CoreV1 package locked on for the tenant baseline.
Delivery rule

Phase 1 is the onboarding template. It prepares the first customer tenant, not a full marketplace or multi-database tenancy model yet.

Operational handoff

Use this record to brief support, assign the client owner, and keep the phase-1 rollout consistent across the provider team.

Pilot handoff

Phase 3 keeps launch readiness visible beside the tenant record so the provider team can hand a tenant off without hunting through commercial pages.

    CoreV1 package

    Always-on baseline for every tenant.
